The subjects of discussion for the upcoming meetings of the Global Online Learning Alliance reflect the most relevant and talked about issues of participants. The most immediate lesson of online video conferencing is to ensure that every participant has a voice. Following opening statements, the GOLA format is for everyone to break into small, moderated groups. Some meetings will be global and some regional with the forthcoming meetings covering building teacher capacity, skills for innovation and ICT & digital learning. In addition to our normal schedule we also host meetings with industry partners and some specifically at the request of governments, wishing to bring their stakeholders together.

We transcribe the discussions, then disseminate into the post-meeting report, however, none of the quotes during the break-out meetings are attributed to any one person. GOLA is a safe and inspirational space.
